We are here to provide the support you need. Our overall goal is to provide the best in-home support to the elderly and medically challenged individuals to ensure they can continue to live in the comfort of their own homes by taking preventative measures to reduce accidents or injury.
Home Health (Hourly - 24hr care)
Overall, our concern is to lift the burden associated with getting old or recuperatig from illness/injury - in an environement most familiar to patients or their love ones, and in the comfort of their homes. We show empathy for those experiencing difficulties during such challenging situations and offer guidance and support during the many transitions of level of care for our loved ones. With the constant progression of healthcare, through the many technologically innovations that were created during the Covid-19 pandemic, we want to assist our patients to adapt to the new standards. For example, Telehealth and virtual online tools.
Support Network
We, at Oakside HCSPA ( also know as Oakside Home Care), dearly value our patients as they were a part of our own family and treat them with the respect they deseve. Establishing/Maintaining an effective, positive, patient-safety culture: Developing and properly execute an accident-prevention strategy for the patient and their family and care givers/providers. Our services are designed to help our clients maintain their independence and achieve their health and wellness goals. We also conduct thorough background and work history checks of our caregivers.
